Why Are We Here?
The wisdom I have gathered from the question:
“Why are we here?”
We are born pure light.
Then life places layers on top.
From years of deep dives into "who am I" and "why am I here," I've come to believe that our soul chose this life. Our parents, our siblings, where we were born, the limitations, the challenges - all of it.
The point of this human experience is to break free from these layers and find our way back to the pure light we were born as. To discover what makes us come alive. To lean into the potential that exists within us. To truly participate in and with life. To truly live.
Our life will continuously present us with people and circumstances that show us exactly where we are not yet free. When we master our internal reality, we master our external reality. And there, we find the freedom we’re searching for.
We are born pure love, pure light, pure essence.
And then life places layers on top.
Through conditioning - from family, society, the accumulation of past lifetimes - beliefs take root that were never truly yours:
I'm not enough. I don't belong.
I am too much. I am not wanted.
I am scared of being seen. I am not worthy.
And we spend years - sometimes decades - living from those beliefs as though they are the truth of who we are.
The career. The money. The shiny things.
They were never the point. They will never give us the feeling we’re searching for. They are simply the byproduct of coming into energetic alignment with our truth.
Everything is energy and frequency. When we master our internal energy, our external world has no choice but to reflect that back.
This is deep, soul-led work.
The only real freedom there is: leaning all the way into ourself. Peeling back the layers, until all that's left is the light we started as.
This is the mission we signed up for. And it is the most important mission of our life - because us living inside our truth is not only how we change our life. It's how we change the world.
It starts with you. It starts with us.
