Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, this is a dedicated space to sit in stillness and silence. Many who join us already have a rich toolkit - like meditation, breathwork or journaling. You are welcome to use those practices here, but the primary invitation is to drop the external guidance and listen to what you truly need in the quiet and follow that. This then ripples into the rest of your life.
-
To keep this a private, held sanctuary where everyone can fully unwind, sessions are not recorded. The intention is to step away from playback lists and step into live presence together.
-
Sessions run for 30 to 45 minutes. We begin with a brief grounding practice to bring everyone into alignment, followed by 20 minutes of quiet stillness with soft music in the background. We then close with a short reflection on whatever theme feels alive for the group, giving you something grounded to carry into the rest of your day.

Not at all. There is zero pressure to share, speak or answer questions. This is entirely your space to receive, observe, and do whatever feels right for you in the moment. Of course, if something comes up that you feel inspired to share at the end, you are always welcome to - but silence is completely honored here.

This space is offered on a free / pay-what-you-feel basis. Contributions are completely optional and always appreciated, but your presence is what matters most.
